1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions
(a) - 'Chelsy Boutique' - The products marketed on the website www.chelsyboutique.com;
b) - 'User' - Any natural person, not a trader, who places an order through the website www.Chelsyboutique.pt;
1.4 The use of the website www.chelsyboutique.com and the purchase of products from the Website presupposes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

2.1 To place an order, the User may previously register by filling out the fields in the existing form on the website www.chelsyboutique.com. It is also possible to place your order without prior registration
2.2 From the moment you access your personal account, you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Chelsy Boutique Products
3.1 The website www.chelsyboutique.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase Chelsy Boutique products, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2 Information on product features can be found at www.chelsyboutique.com.
3.3 Chelsy Boutique reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.chelsyboutique.com.
4. PLACE ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 To order from www.chelsyboutique.com you must have an e-mail account and your browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow you to enjoy all the Chelsy Boutique online store's navigability conditions.
4.1.1 The User may purchase products online:
a) Find the product(s) you want to purchase;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
d) Review your order and confirm the order;
4.2 You will receive an order confirmation email with details of the payment method you have selected.
4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
4.5 Chelsy Boutique reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) The payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.chelsyboutique.com;
c) The payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
e) There is an error in the price quotation;
f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.
5.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.chelsyboutique.com include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT to be paid by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.
5.2 Prices are all quoted in Euros (EUR). Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to different transport costs. The customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
5.3 The prices of the products shown on the website are subject to change. Chelsy Boutique reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
5.4 If any error occurs in the price of the products ordered, Chelsy Boutique or the User may, until the dispatch of the order, cancel the order.
5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.
5.6 You must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 The User may pay for his/her purchases through the Paypal payment management entity, by means of ATM (Multibanco Reference), Bank Transfer and MbWay
6.2 Chelsy Boutique does not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User shall not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified in the payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result from it.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
7.1 Shipments to Portugal are free of charge.
7.2 For other countries, all orders will have an associated shipping cost and may require the payment of customs costs, in the case of countries outside the European Community and according to the country of delivery.
8.1 Chelsy Boutique will ship the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.
8.2 Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
8.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 1- 7 working days according to the article ordered. Chelsy Boutique's ability to respond within these times varies depending on stock availability, as well as in promotional periods, sales and festive seasons.
8.4 Chelsy Boutique will inform the User of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered and will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
8.5 Upon delivery, the User shall inspect the packaging for possible damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via email email@example.com and if you agree, Chelsy Boutique will resend the order at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the entire amount paid will be returned.
8.6 If you do not receive your order within 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of the event. After this period, Chelsy Boutique cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
8.7 The delivery is considered made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
9. RIGHT OF FREE CANCELLATION
9.1 The User may terminate his/her contract up to 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the order, provided that
a) The product(s) have not been used;
(b) the product(s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
(c) the product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
9.2 The User can exercise his right of free termination by sending the model of Free Resolution or by any other unequivocal declaration of termination of the contract, to the e-mail email@example.com. You can download the Free Resolution model here.
9.3 The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of free cancellation are borne by the customer.
9.4 Once the returned product has been received, Chelsy Boutique will analyse and confirm the condition of the order and, where applicable, refund within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User in the order by the same means used to pay for the order.
9.5 Should the returned items show signs of use, Chelsy Boutique reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse a refund.
9.6 The User must note that if the return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Chelsy Boutique will not refund shipping costs. Therefore, Chelsy Boutique will not refund the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the client for the respective order.
9.7 Please note that these conditions are valid only for orders placed in Portugal. If your order has been placed outside Portugal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
10.1 You may cancel your order, provided that you request it by e-mail info@ChelsyBoutique.pt before shipment.
10.2 If the order has been received before dispatch, we will refund the amounts paid by the User in the order, through the same means used to pay for the order, within a maximum of 15 (qunize) days.
10.3 If the order has been received after dispatch, the rules set out in this section shall apply.
10.4 Chelsy Boutique does not offer direct exchanges. You may choose a voucher to exchange your order for another item available on the website, being at your expense for the new shipment. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned, you can only receive a new voucher as a refund.
10.5 In case the ordered product is defective or otherwise non-compliant, the User may choose:
a) replace the product;
b) terminate the contract.
10.6 As soon as the User notices a defect or other non-conformity of the product, he/she must inform us by e-mail email@example.com, sending us photographs.
10.7 As soon as we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the problem in a consensual manner.
10.8 In any of the options exercised by the User, pursuant to 10.6, their costs will always be borne by Chelsy Boutique.

Chelsy Boutique will make every effort to make the colors of the products shown on www.chelsyboutique.com as accurate and real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.
With the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, Chelsy Boutique will seek to meet and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) working days, through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
13. WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICES
Chelsy Boutique products benefit from the conformity guarantee provided by the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
14. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Chelsy Boutique does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.Chelsyboutique.pt, or any of its features, which may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.
Chelsy Boutique will also not assume any liability for any damages, arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent Chelsy Boutique, in any way, from complying with its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electrical network, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.
Chelsy Boutique is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.
